The Dallas Mavericks were having trouble scoring in the fourth quarter so Nowitzki sees to it that he gets to the free throw stripe and buries a bunch in a row to bring them back to even. With a one point lead and a shot clock violation looming Nowitzki takes the ball through the lane and underhand s a shot off the board for two more at the 14.2 seconds mark. Dallas was able to give some help to Dirk as Tyson Chandler had 13 points and 16 rebounds and Shawn Marion finished with 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting and stifling defense on Dwayne Wade and LeBron James.

The Heat have a chance to score a 3-ball to tie the game at the end but Dallas put on a tenacious defense to make Mike Miller fumble the ball and take a desperation shot. The Heat led this game for nearly 35 minutes and again thought they had the game in the bag. LeBron had one of his worst games with eight points. Chris Bosh played well in the first half but didn’t show much in the second half as he took several bad shot attempts. Mario Chalmers was so good in Game 3 but finished 0-for-7 in 3 pointers in Game 4. Dwayne Wade was the lone star for Miami with 32 points at never looked out of sync the entire game.
