2018 NCAA Final Four Picks and Predictions

What a weekend of College Basketball. 68 teams started the tournament, and now we are down to 16. We are not alone with some of our WRONG picks to get to the Sweet 16. But, now, we are ready to get to the Final Four and make even more picks. Let’s get after it with our 2018 NCAA Final Four Picks and Predictions.

South Region – Atlanta, GA

The South Region is all messed up. The Kentucky Wildcats are the top remaining team in the bracket. The Wildcats are the 5th seed, and will get a chance at another Wildcats team in Kansas State. Kansas State took down UMBC in the second round, following their epic upset over Virginia. The Kentucky Wildcats are -5.5 over Kansas State Thursday. The other game features two underdogs. The 11th seeded Ramblers of Loyola are +2 against the 7th seeded Nevada Wolf Pack. This should be a tremendous basketball game, and both are underdogs to this point. We are taking the Kentucky Wildcats and Nevada Wolf Pack. In the Elite 8 game – we have the Wildcats cutting down the nets in Atlanta.

West Region – Los Angeles, CA

At the Staples Center – there are two underdogs here. The 7th seeded Texas A+M Aggies and the 9th seeded Florida State Seminoles. They are both underdogs. Texas A+M is +3 against the red hot Michigan Wolverines. Michigan is coming off a miracle win at the buzzer over Houston. In the other game, Gonzaga is looking to get back to the Final Four after losing in the title game a season ago. The Bulldogs are -5.5 over Florida State. Look for Texas A+M to cool down Michigan in the first game as the underog, and take on Gonzaga in the Elite 8. We are taking the Gonzaga bulldogs to win the West Region.

East Region – Boston, MA

The top remaining team in the tournament is the Villanova Wildcats. But, their matchup on Friday is not a great one for them. Bob Huggins and the West Virginia Mountaineers have all the ingredients to take down 4 more games and cut down the nets. The Mountaineers have been impressive thus far in the tournament. The second game could be the best game of the round. The 2nd seeded Purdue Boilermakers take on the 3rd seeded Texas Tech Red Raiders. Texas Tech is another team full of athletes, and the ability to stop their opponents. Villanova is -5.5 and we like West Virginia to not only cover the spread, but when the game outright. The second game – we like the athletes of Texas Tech. In an all Big 12 battle – we like the West Virginia Mountaineers to win the East Region.

Midwest Region – Omaha, NE

The final region features the top seeded Kansas Jayhawks and the 2nd seeded Duke Blue Devils. Both are favorites, with one being a bigger favorite than the other. The first game features Kansas -4 against Clemson. The Tigers were super impressive in their blowout win over Auburn. Kansas has won two tournament games, but have looked less than impressive for a large majority of the tournament. In the second game – it’s a rematch of a month ago when Duke smacked Syracuse at home. Look for the Orange to make great adjustments and compete in this game. We are taking the Kansas Jayhawks -4 over Clemson and the Syracuse Orange +11.5 over Duke, but Duke wins the game. In a Kansas vs. Duke match-up, take the hot shooting Jayhawks to win in Omaha.

Best of luck with your 2018 NCAA Final Four Picks and Predictions. It should be a great weekend of action on the hardwood in the four locations. Enjoy the games and take down the sportsbooks with winning NCAA Basketball picks!
