If you are looking for a few NFL Week 15 survivor picks, then you have definitely come to the right place. There are 16 games on the schedule around the NFL this weekend, but three games really stand out as being the games that feature a virtual “lock” in terms of winning the game.
There are just three weeks left in the regular season, and all three of our survivor picks are fighting for playoff positioning in the AFC. Let’s take a look at each of our three survivor picks for Week 15.
New York Jets at Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens have been one of the best teams in the National Football League this season, and they might be the top survivor pick regardless of who they were playing this week. Throw in the fact that the Ravens are playing the New York Jets, and they are a no-brainer survivor pick this week.
Baltimore is 11-2 and will host 5-8 New York on Thursday Night Football, and the Ravens are huge favorites in this game.
The Ravens are averaging more than 200 rushing yards per game this season, which leads the NFL by over 50 yards per game. Baltimore is led by quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has already eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in rushing this season. Jackson has also thrown 28 touchdowns this season, and he should have a huge night against the Jets.
New York just can’t find enough consistent offense to win games, and its defense has struggled as well. The Jets have been playing better of late, but this game is not going to be close. Take the Baltimore Ravens over the New York Jets.
New England Patriots at Cincinnati Bengals
The New England Patriots went from the best record in football to battling for the top spot in the AFC East in a span of two weeks. New England has now lost two straight games, and it is in a dogfight to hold off the Buffalo Bills to win the AFC East.
All of this adds up to the Patriots coming into this game with a ton of focus and determination as they will look to get back on track.
Cincinnati has just one win so far this season, and it hasn’t really appeared to be very motivated of late. The Bengals have played much better football over the last two weeks, but it’s hard to imagine them giving the Patriots a challenge in this game.
Even if Cincinnati plays its best game of the season, the New England Patriots are going to win this game.
Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs and Broncos have one of the best and most intense rivalries in the NFL, but it has been a little bit one-sided of late. Kansas City is the class of the AFC West, and it has one of the most potent offenses in the NFL.
The Chiefs just pulled off a stunning upset of the Patriots in New England, and they are playing some terrific football.
Denver earned a victory in Week 14, but this has been a pretty rough year for the Broncos. Denver is without starting quarterback Joe Flacco, and it has struggled to score points of late.
Head coach Vic Fangio is known as a defensive genius, but he will have to come up with a terrific game plan to win this one. Kansas City is the much better team, and it rolls over the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
Those are our three teams that we feel simply cannot lose this weekend. Are you right there with us, or do you have another team in mind? Either way, enjoy Week 15 around the NFL, and best of luck with your survivor picks!
